Grow Your Talent was founded in 2015 by Susanne van de Langenberg. As an organizational consultant and coach, she combines her expertise in human behavior within organizations with more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources and talent development. Susanne has worked with international organizations and multicultural teams across Europe.
My work lives somewhere between leadership development, team connection and personal growth. I love supporting people as they discover their strengths, step into confidence and find clarity in moments of change.
I’ve always worked in international environments, and that’s where I feel most at home. I love how different cultures bring new ideas, surprising perspectives and fresh ways of looking at things.
At home it’s no different: my husband is Italian, and with our children we form a multilingual family where three languages blend naturally into daily life. Our mix of cultural backgrounds shapes how we see and navigate life. My international family and global circle of friends continue to inspire me every day and influence my work. They’ve taught me how naturally connection can grow when we stay open and curious.
This is why professionally, I choose to work in English (and Dutch with the Dutchies), because connecting across cultures matters to me. I live in the international region of Eindhoven, surrounded by expats, innovation and global influences, and it still inspires me every day. I believe deeply in a connected world and in sharing ideas with a community that stretches far beyond borders and English is the bridge that makes that possible.
In my work, I’m known for bringing calm, clarity and genuine care. I look for the good in people and I trust that most of us act with positive intentions, and that belief shapes how I support leaders and teams. Whether I’m helping someone find direction, guiding a team through a tough conversation or building a development journey, I aim to create a space where people feel safe, supported and encouraged to grow.
At the heart of it all is a simple truth I carry with me: we grow by sharing, caring and supporting one another. That’s how leadership becomes human. And that’s how people thrive.
