Grow Your Talent was founded in 2015 by Susanne van de Langenberg.
For more than 18 years, Susanne has supported international organisations in high-tech, deep-tech, semiconductor, AI and industrial technology environments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with founders, executives and leadership teams to build the people, leadership and organisational capabilities required for sustainable growth.
Having worked both inside global technology companies and fast-growing scale-ups, she understands first-hand the challenges that come with growth: attracting and retaining talent, developing leaders, strengthening teams, navigating organisational change and building a culture that enables people and organisations to perform at their best.
Today, Susanne combines her background in Human Resources, organisational development and coaching to help organisations align talent, leadership and organisational capabilities with their strategic ambitions.
Her approach is practical, people-centred and always connected to business outcomes. Because sustainable growth is not only about strategy, processes or technology. It is about the people who bring them to life.
