Grow Your Talent was founded in 2015 by Susanne van de Langenberg. As an organizational consultant and team coach, she combines her expertise in human behavior within organizations with over 18 years of experience in Human Resources & Talent Development. She has worked with international organizations, managing multicultural teams across Europe.
Fascinated by the diversity of cultures and behaviors—especially their impact on the organizational system—I developed a deep passion for organizational development. Helping companies and their people grow, so that both can bring out the best in themselves.
