Where people and business strategy come together.

Strategic People & Organisational Advisor

Throughout my career, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between people and business strategy. Not simply how organisations manage people, but how their ambitions, leadership, talent and ways of working come together to shape business success.

With over 18 years of experience working alongside business leaders across Europe, I’ve learned that sustainable growth requires more than a strong strategy. It requires an organisation capable of bringing that strategy to life.

My work has taken me from international organisations to the earliest stages of technology start-ups and rapidly scaling businesses. These experiences have shaped the way I look at leadership, organisational challenges and the decisions that determine whether a business can successfully move forward.

For me, the starting point is always understanding where a business wants to go, what may be holding it back and what needs to change to unlock its potential.

The experience behind our approach

Before day one.

My first-hand experience of building a technology company began 200 days before it officially existed. Before there were established teams, processes or leadership structures, I was already involved in bringing together the people and capabilities needed to turn an ambitious idea into a functioning business.

As the company grew, my involvement evolved alongside it — from building the foundations to supporting the development of its leadership structure, including the selection of C-level executives and the transition towards a more mature executive team.

Experiencing this journey from the inside gave me a perspective that no business model or leadership framework alone could provide: an understanding of what happens when business ambition moves faster than the people, roles and structures supporting it.

  1. −200 days

Bringing together the people and capabilities before the technology company existed.

  2. Building the foundations

Turning an ambitious idea into a working organisation.

  3. Evolving leadership

Executive selection and a maturing leadership team.

  4. Scaling the organisation

Recognising when structures and decision-making must evolve.

Scaling a business isn’t simply about adding more people. It’s about recognising when the organisation itself needs to evolve.

The founder journey

Building a company doesn’t stop when the working day ends.

Through my close personal connection to the start-up and scale-up world, I’ve experienced a side of entrepreneurship that often remains behind closed doors.

The uncertainty, responsibility, difficult decisions and personal sacrifices that come with building something from the ground up. The reality that business challenges don’t always stay at work, but can affect family life, relationships and the people closest to the founders.

This perspective has shaped the way I work with founders and leadership teams. I understand that business decisions are rarely made in isolation. They are influenced by personal pressures, ambitions, relationships and the challenges of leading through constant change.

It has taught me to look beyond organisational charts and business strategies, and to understand the people behind the decisions.

I’ve experienced the challenges of scaling from the inside, and seen what they mean beyond the boardroom.

Every stage of growth brings new challenges. The leadership, talent and organisational structures that helped a business succeed yesterday may not be what it needs tomorrow.
