Werkwijze

We starten het teamontwikkelingstraject met een uitgebreide teamanalyse. Dit geeft dieper inzicht in de cultuur van een team, het ziet de ontwikkelbehoeften en ontdekt welke vaardigheden er (nog niet) aanwezig zijn. Ook krijgen we een goed beeld van de sterktes, beperkingen en waarden (de kracht) van het huidige team, en de organisatie.
